FAQ
We offer telemedicine technology to enable you to consult and seek hair loss treatment from an expert Canadian licensed physician. You start with filling out a questionnaire to share details about your current medical condition, ailment history, your medicines, allergies, lifestyle, prior surgeries etc. The physician will review your responses, and may reach out to you for further questions, through secure messaging as needed.
Upon review, the physician will determine if you are a good candidate for telemedicine, and may make a diagnosis if you have male pattern baldness, and craft a customized treatment plan. Once the prescription is issued, our partner Canadian licensed pharmacy will ship your medicine to arrive at your door step, in discreet packaging.
If at any time, you have further questions or concerns about your treatment plan, you can reach out to your physician via secure messaging, to seek further assistance.
At ONMEN, our dedicated team of doctors, pharmacists, and care specialists are here to help every men stop hair loss, and you may even regrow new hair.
We offer the only Health Canada approved medicine, Finasteride, to treat male pattern baldness, also known as androgenic alopecia.
Doctors of ONMEN use telemedicine technology to evaluate your condition, and construct a treatment plan, very similar to an in-person appointment. Patients are required to submit pictures of their hair, along with medical history. The doctors review your pictures, and responses to the questionnaire, to evaluate if it’s safe for you to initiate a hair loss treatment. That is why it is critical that you submit thorough, honest and accurate responses to the physician’s questions.
If at any time you would like to get in touch with a physician to review your progress or share any concerns, you can do so through secure messaging on our platform, from the comfort and convenience of your home.
During the online assessment, we will ask you to take or upload photos of your hair from different angles. This will enable the physician to take a closer look at your hairline, vertex, scalp etc., and determine if the treatment plan is right for you.
Although our medical services are not covered by the Provincial health plans, your online visit with a Canadian licensed physician will cost substantially low.
